Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using phMonitor, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

phMonitor is a locally hosted Windows application designed to extend the functionality of phBot through APIs, WebSocket communication, relay infrastructure, and optional premium services for Silkroad Online.

3. Premium Services

Premium features require a valid paid license associated with a single hardware identifier. Subscription licenses renew automatically unless canceled by the user.

Lifetime licenses remain valid only for the operational lifetime of the phMonitor product and services.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available within fourteen (14) days after purchase and only if the purchased license has not been activated or linked to any hardware ID.

No refunds are granted for suspended, terminated, abused, or banned accounts.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering or decompiling phMonitor
  • Cracking or bypassing licensing systems
  • Impersonating phMonitor or its operator
  • Uploading illegal or abusive content
  • Abusing APIs, relay systems, or infrastructure
  • Redistributing proprietary software assets

6. Availability Disclaimer

No uninterrupted availability or uptime is guaranteed. Premium features, relay services, APIs, and infrastructure may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued at any time.

7. Third-Party Disclaimer

phMonitor is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with Joymax, Wemade, Gameforge, Silkroad Online, or ProjectHax.

8. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The operator shall not be liable for account bans, loss of data, damages, interruptions, or financial losses resulting from the use of phMonitor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction shall be Amtsgericht Oldenburg.
